Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Base:
    • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, and mix until well combined.
  2. Flavor the Dip:
    • Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Add the Salmon and Herbs:
    • Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon, capers, dill, and chives.
