Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cream Base:
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, and mix until well combined.
- Flavor the Dip:
- Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the Salmon and Herbs:
- Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon, capers, dill, and chives.
