Jam Jelly Doughnut French Toast Recipe
Ingredients
For the French Toast:

Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Assemble the French Toast:
- Take one slice of bread and spread a generous layer of jam or jelly on one side. Place another slice of bread on top to create a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining bread slices and jam.
- Dip the Sandwiches:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter or oil.
- Dip each jam-filled sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated but not overly soaked.
